Description:

The machine is suitable for painting all kinds of plane products ,such as floor,furniture board,etc Using this machine can improve coating efficiency, reach mirror effect,save paint. Curtain head adopts two-direction adjustable structure, adjusting distance is between 0-100mm. Curtain head through special treatment, interior,avoid producing air bubbles. Curtain head from Europe, independent structure, separating from convey belt, reducing vibration  Convey belt adopts imported 3MM PU materials, solvent - resistant, avoid seam. The bottom of convey belt be weighted and adjusted, no vibration. Bearing adopts sealing structure, avoid paint immersion. Equip with large capacity electronic control constant temperature oil tank, oil pump, having a good filter-effect, flow stability. There are four layer filter belt inside the oil tank, filtering impurities which is producing by paint reflux. Equip with deformer system, no air bubbles producing under 100-150KG paint tank recycle. Equip with special show flow system. Precise temperature control telepathy the actual paint temperature. Dustproof design, can anti-dust and avoid curtain drifting .
